This weekly plan is tailored to fit the needs of those who feel educated, confident, and ready to continue the great work we started together on their own, without the weekly face-to-face meetings, but the same level of accountability, support, and weekly exercise programming. This 4-week program plan is: - Geared towards progressively improving your overall health and fitness - Going to strategically progress you through various exercise repetitions and set ranges to improve your muscular strength and endurance, and enhance your cardiorespiratory fitness - Updated weekly to provide program adjustments based on real-time progress - Flexible in duration to fit your schedule, whether you have 25 minutes or an hour, allowing you to complete your target number of exercise sessions per week. - Month-to-month, for maximum flexibility - Tailored to YOU and your personal fitness goals Feel like you need a check-in? Single-session face-to-face meetings are available anytime! Whether you have questions, want additional support, or are ready to set new goals after reaching your first milestone, we're here to help.
